Our way of saying ice cream sundae. A big scoop of Rori’s ice cream, one of our amazing sauces, homemade whip cream and topped with our chopped candied pecans or cobbler topping.
This is from Rori’s cookbook, Dishing With Style, Clarkson Potter. It’s a rich but not too dense pound cake with fresh orange juice, orange zest and orange blossom water. Toast that all up and top it with a scoop of salted caramel and your week is complete.
So gooy yummy chocolaty good it’s a cross between a brownie and a piece of fudge and a whole lot of heaven if really want to know the truth!
